What is Fort Worth’s Thoroughfare Plan all about? The plan, adopted in 2016 and updated in 2020, aims to provide a long-range road map with a complete and connected transportation system for all users that supports mobility, healthy living and economic benefit. This includes an increased emphasis on active transportation (walking and cycling).
