It's Renewal Time!

Now is a great time to renew your contribution to TTA or join our coalition for the first time!

To Renew your Annual Individual Contribution

To renew your Annual individual Contribution, simply follow the steps below:

1. Look in your inbox for an email from hello@tarrantransitaliance.org sent November 30th. In that email, you can find your password for the new website.

2. If you cannot find this email, simply go to TarrantTransitAlliance.org and click "log in" at the top of the screen (light blue button). When the login screen pops up, simply click "Reset Password" and follow the instructions.

3. When you log in for the first time, go to the Advocate's Area, a new webpage designed for members of our coalition. At the top of the page, you will see a button that asks you to renew your contribution. Please click that button and fill in your payment information.

To Renew your Monthly Individual Contribution

1. Look in your inbox for an email from hello@tarrantransitaliance.org sent November 30th. In that email, you can find your password for the new website.

2. If you cannot find this email, simply go to TarrantTransitAlliance.org and click "log in" at the top of the screen (light blue button). When the login screen pops up, simply click "Reset Password" and follow the instructions.

3. To renew your monthly re-occurring dues, you actually need to go directly to this webpage - https://www.tarranttransitalliance.org/update-your-payment-info This is a one-time action that will move your renewals from the old site to the new one. Once complete, we will turn off the reoccurring donation feature on the old site.

4. After you have updated your payment information, go check out the Advocates Area where you can get members-only information and update your profile.
